Lemak Malaysian - Authentic Malaysian Cuisine in Scarsdale, NY

Highly recommended guys! We had Nasi Lemak and Mee Goreng. I am on a mission to search for Malaysia Food in America. I am from Malaysia and I love the authenticity of the food served by this restaurant. I could not believe that they even had the special Sirap Bandung drink, very refreshing! The staff were friendly and professional. They explained about our dish and provided good recommendations. We were lucky to have met the great Chef Bala who was also a Malaysian. Next, I want to have their Asam Pedas dish too.

10/10 will be coming back! The food and the service were phenomenal. Our server gave us great recommendations and help explain some of the items we weren't familiar with and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. It felt like eating at a friend's house. We got the chicken kari, chicken rendang and roti canai and they were all super flavorful and comforting. Also highly recommend the burbur cha cha for dessert - it's delicious and so different from anything I've had before. Update - went back again and it was just as great! They added Indian dishes to the menu as well so we tried the chicken sambal and chicken madras. Both were so delicious with just a hint of heat. The mango lassi was perfectly refreshing and the gulab jamun was perfect for dessert.

Excellent new discovery! The food was delicious ..the chef went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! The menu is varied and the service was great too! Lovely spot!

The food was really good, although one of our dishes did take around an hour to be served. We loved the Roti Canai! Keep in mind that it’s a small place so you might have to wait to be seated.

Very good food, amazing staff who made sure we had everything we needed including extra spices, forks, and plates! The food was exactly how I remember it in Malaysia. My family loved their roti canai, chicken satay, and mee goreng which was full of flavor. The hot and cold Milo was delicious if a bit small! I recommend everyone try the cendol as it was delicious. Will be back very soon to try everything else!

Love the ambiance and the food was amazing. Ordered the nasi goreng, keema samosas, and roti. We even got a complementary rice pudding. The service was excellent. Everyone was so pleasant and attentive. Will definitely come back!

Delicious! Loved the mee goreng noodles and mango salad soooo much, would order both these again and again. Bursting with flavor and fresh tofu and shrimp and chicken and scallions. The nasi goreng rice dish was also great, and the restaurant is cozy with unique and tasty Malaysian drinks. Recommending to all in the area! 5 stars!!!
